TurboIRC 2004 is an advanced IRC and communication program that is small and fast to use. It offers a variety of IRC features and is available in multiple languages, including English, Greek, German, French, Portuguese, Hungarian, Spanish, and Czech. It comes with full HTML documentation and supports Flash IRC messages, ActiveX Chats, VBScripts, JavaScripts, ICQ, PGP, and MP3 with a multimedia file manager. It is skinable, has an FTP browser, a mini firewall, and a variety of popups.
